SNCR脱硝喷枪双流体喷枪的一般应用：

喷枪采用快速接头连接方式，拆卸方便；

采用保护碳化硅，具有耐高温，耐磨损等特点，无需另设冷却装置就可确保喷枪长期安全运行；

喷枪体积小，套管外径只有36mm，锅炉脱硝喷枪，可直接安装于炉壁上。

喷枪采用保护套管及活动法兰连接。可手动将伸进或者退出炉内；

采用金属保护套管设有风冷接口，确保高温环境下长期使用；

高炉泸顶喷雾降温；

高炉煤气降温冷却；

features SNCR脱硝系统

※利用压缩空气与液体的摩擦，产生非常

均匀和细密的雾化效果，烟气脱硝喷枪，正常情况下平

均的雾化颗粒直径到80微米以下。

※喷嘴整体由连接本体和喷雾装置组合而

成，气动脱硝喷枪，而喷雾装置由空气帽和液体帽组合而

成。

※喷雾形状有多孔实心锥型、扇形。

※连接喷嘴本体的称为雾化枪杆，一般根

据工况采用316L及310SS材质。

※喷嘴连接雾化枪杆有两个独立的液体入

口和空气入口，分别在连接枪杆上标

注“LIQUID”和“AIR”。
